A Message from AAC Credit Union

On September 19th, Big Dutch Fleet and AAC Credit Union merge forming a partnership that brings new services and locations for members of both credit unions.  We look forward to welcoming you into the AAC Credit Union Family.  It is our goal to make this merger a smooth and seamless transition.  We believe our shared philosophy of helping members makes a perfect match of Big Dutch Fleet and AAC.

Please take a moment to review the FAQs below:

Will the Big Dutch Fleet Branch remain open?

Yes, the branch will have new hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Will my account number change?

Yes, Big Dutch Fleet account numbers will become seven digits by adding a ''7" to your current account number followed by zeros.  For example:

If your Big Dutch Fleet Number is: Your AAC Credit Union Number is:
1234 7001234
12345 7012345
123456 7123456

Will my online banking login change?

Yes, on Saturday, September 19th, online banking will be unavailable for the day while the merger is complete. On or after September 20th follow the directions below to create a new login using the AAC Credit Union website.

E-statement recipients:  your pre-merger Big Dutch Fleet statements will no longer be available online after September 19th.  Please login and save/print your statements before this date.

  • Go to www.goaac.com
  • Click the Online Login button
  • First time login:  Username is your new seven digit AAC account number.  Use your current Big Dutch Fleet password and security question.
  • You will be prompted to create a new strong password.  Follow the online screen prompts to login.

Will my loan payment change?  How do I make my payments?

Your payment amounts and loan terms will remain the same.  You will have the added convenience of making payments:

  • At any AAC Branch
  • By mail
  • Using online or mobile banking
  • At any Xtend Shared branch
  • Through payroll deduction

Can I still use my Big Dutch Fleet ATM, debit card, credit card, and checks?

Yes, at expiration you will be issued a new AAC ATM, debit or Visa card. You may also continue using your existing paper checks but please contact a branch when it is time to reorder.

Will direct deposit continue going into my account?

Yes, your existing direct deposits will be rerouted to your new AAC account number.  Any new direct deposits should be added using your new account number.

  • Security Screens will appear, review and select "Yes/Accept' to proceed.
  • Follow the online screen prompts to create your login meeting secure requirements.
  • 'Accept default credit union profile' to proceed to online banking menu

You may also use any of over 190 Xtend Shared Branches to make general transactions (deposits/withdrawals/loan payments)
